Important Information
Surcharge Policy
If the actual number of guests (including children) upon check-in exceeds the number stated on the reservation confirmation, an extra person surcharge may be applied according to the resort's policy. The extra person fee is VND 900,000 per person.
Smoking Policy
Tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, and chewing or smokeless tobacco, are only permitted in designated smoking areas. A penalty fee of VND 3,000,000 per violation will be charged for non-compliance.
Personal Belongings
Guests are advised to secure their rooms at all times. The resort is not responsible for any personal items or valuables left unattended in the guest rooms. The use of the in-room safe is strongly recommended.
Resort Property
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort's property.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted within the resort premises.
Guest Privacy
To ensure the safety and privacy of all guests, the use of drones, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and loud audio devices is strictly prohibited. A penalty fee of VND 3,000,000 per violation will be applied.
Safety Regulations
Cooking, bringing, or using cooking appliances to prepare food with strong odors inside the guest rooms is not allowed. A penalty fee of VND 5,000,000 per violation will be applied.
Bringing fireworks, flammable or explosive substances, narcotics, and other illegal items into the resort is strictly forbidden. A penalty fee of VND 5,000,000 per violation will be applied.
Parking
Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests.
In Case of Emergency
In an emergency situation, please remain calm and follow the instructions of the resort staff and rescue personnel.
In the event of a natural disaster such as a flood, landslide, fire, or earthquake, please proceed to the nearest safe exit and adhere to announcements in public areas.
If you are in your room during an earthquake, take cover under a sturdy table or in a safe corner of the room, away from windows and fragile objects.
If you are outdoors, move away from tall buildings and power lines, and remain in an open area until the ground is stable. After the immediate danger has passed, please proceed to the designated assembly point as directed by our staff.
Sustainability and Environment
An Châng Retreat is set within a diverse natural environment of hills, mountains, valleys, and streams. The resort shall not be held liable for any risks or incidents caused by individuals or groups who fail to adhere to the safety guidelines provided by An Châng Spa & Retreat.
Our mission is to build a sustainable environment in harmony with nature for our guests, staff, and the local community. The use of plastic products and any behavior that negatively impacts the environment is not permitted.
Lost and Found
Should you misplace any personal items within the resort, please contact our Reception team for assistance. Any guest property found on the premises will be stored for a period of 30 days from the date it is found.

Booking & Deposit Terms
By making a booking with us (the property owner/representative), you (the lead guest) and your booking party (guests) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. During your stay, you agree to abide by the subsequent conditions as set out. If you have any questions about booking with us, please contact us before making a reservation.
Booking Process
To make a reservation at An Châng Retreat, guests must be 18 years of age or older. The maximum number of guests per room is specified in the Room Policy or on the An Châng Retreat website. Where the person making the booking is different from the lead guest, the booker may be held responsible for cancellation, no-show, and damages as set out within our terms. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities. Any third-party visitors are only allowed access with our express and specific permission.
Payment can be made online or via bank transfer.The lead guest is responsible for reimbursing our bank for any fees incurred in processing rejected credit card payments or bank transfers within seven (7) days of the request.
Guests of An Châng Retreat agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other resident guests at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation with immediate effect if guests are not honoring this agreement or causing a disturbance or nuisance to other guests.
Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Conditions
Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to the policy corresponding to your specific reservation. It is recommended that guests purchase appropriate travel/cancellation insurance.
In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payments already made.
Guest Visitor Policy
Guest Visitor
In accordance with local laws and regulations, visitors are not permitted in guest rooms unless they are properly registered at the Front Desk. All registered visitors must depart from the guest's room by 9:00 PM (21:00).To ensure your safety and security, your electronic key card is uniquely programmed for your room. Should you lose your key card, please contact the Front Desk immediately to have a new one issued. A fee of VND 200,000 per card will be charged for any lost key cards.

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM (14:00) and check-out time is before 12:00 PM (noon).Should you wish to arrange an early check-in or late check-out, please contact our Reception for assistance. Please note that such requests are subject to room availability and may incur a surcharge.Upon checking in, guests are required to present valid identification:For Vietnamese Nationals: A valid Citizen ID Card or Passport.For Foreign Nationals: A valid Passport and Visa.For Children: A Birth Certificate.
When Leaving Your Room
Please ensure all electrical appliances are switched off and unplugged, and that the main door is securely locked. For your security, never hand over your room key card to anyone.
Upon Checking Into Your Room
Please check that your luggage and personal belongings have been delivered correctly to your room. Should you notice any discrepancies, please inform our Reception team by dialing “1” for immediate assistance.For your safety, a fire extinguisher is equipped either inside your room or just outside the main door, and a smoke detector is installed within the room.
